Approach

  • Built a database of spend and consumption for 3,500 users.
  • Performed coverage analysis of three carriers to determine coverage footprint.
  • Modeled multiple scenarios including billing allocations to determine appropriate mix.
  • Based on the selected scenario BSI sourced services from two providers.
  • Implemented account management capabilities and manages the daily moves/changes, monthly allocations & A/P feed creation, as well as quarterly optimizations.
