Approach
Built a database of spend and consumption for 3,500 users.
Performed coverage analysis of three carriers to determine coverage footprint.
Modeled multiple scenarios including billing allocations to determine appropriate mix.
Based on the selected scenario, BSI sourced services from two providers.
Implemented account management capabilities and manages the daily moves/changes, monthly allocations & A/P feed creation, as well as quarterly optimizations.
